Posting Pictures

OK here we go.

First you find the picture you want. If it's on your computer, you will have to upload it to a photo hosting site. I use www.photobucket.com or Image Shack (not sure if that's the url name as well or not lol)
NOW, find the picture you want and either save it to your computer and upload it to your photobucket OR follow these directions in the case of needing to post a pic real quick lol (i hope you're all good at reading between the lines as well lmao)
Here we go, find the picture you want onliine. RIGHT click the picture, you should have a box appear and you go ALL the way down to the bottom of the box to PROPERTIES. Click on that, you will get another box and you should see URL address (something giving you the URL of that pic) starting with http:// now you want to select that WHOLE URL, right click and press copy. THEN you come back here and you either press the little picture that looks like it's in a frame (just above the smilies) looks like this OR type in (without the spaces) [ img ] [ /img ] in between the two image codes you will paste your URL in there so that this
[ img ] i5.photobucket.com/albums/y161/DiamondAuraPayge/dollidolav45.gif [ /img ]
without spaces will look like this

We have added a new and easier IMO way to add pictures to posts.

Ok so you have to have the pictures saved on your computer though. Now say you have a picture you want to post, you click on the browse button

Find the picture you want, double click it and it will look like this now:

Click on host it
Then you will be given two or three options, depending on the size of the picture.

To show you the three options I will use the same picture
First option is Full Image

Second option is Thumbnail, the numbers below is the size you can view the picture by clicking on it

And the third Image is for the link to the picture

We have a code that resizes the really big pictures right away so that pictures aren't too big in a post BUT if you make a post with say ten pictures that are 500x500 then the thumbnail option is actually a good idea.

umm....I'll try again...... I"m taking this link images.bt2.metropol.dk/237/237328/237328_large.jpg and on the front end I'm adding [ img } without the spaces and [ /img ] at the end without the spaces.......... so here goes.
